V\u00edtej v\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pasti seberozvoje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tvoje t\u011blo \u017eilo tak dlouho v\u00a0re\u017eimu \u201ep\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed\u201c (adrenalin, kortizol) a\u017e se za\u010dalo chovat jako stroj. Jakmile sis dovolil\/a v\u011bdom\u011b i nev\u011bdom\u011b zvolnit, nebo se c\u00edt\u00edt bezpe\u010dn\u011b, syst\u00e9m ve tv\u00e9m t\u011ble dostane prostor ohl\u00e1sit \u0161kody. A tady t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00fd ud\u011bla tu za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dnickou chybu. Tvoje disociovan\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st se lekne toho bordelu (nezn\u00e1ma) a rad\u0161i t\u011b vr\u00e1t\u00ed zp\u011bt do toho chaosu, jen aby t\u011b ochr\u00e1nilo a nesly\u0161elo ten vnit\u0159n\u00ed hluk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1\u0161 toti\u017e pocit, \u017ee jsi rozbit\u00e1\/\u00fd, \u017ee neum\u00ed\u0161 odpo\u010d\u00edvat a tento stav \u201evypnut\u00ed\u201c bol\u00ed v\u00edc ne\u017e ten ka\u017edodenn\u00ed stres, proto se \u010dasto vrac\u00ed\u0161 do t\u011bch star\u00fdch kolej\u00ed. Do koloto\u010de, kde nest\u00edh\u00e1\u0161, nejsi \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1\/\u00fd, ale nic t\u011b fyzicky nebol\u00ed a n\u011bjak to funguje. Je to takov\u00e1 postupn\u00e1 d\u00e1vka morfia, kdy se od sebe postupn\u011b odpojuje\u0161 a nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed ti, \u017ee u\u017e ne\u017eije\u0161 vlastn\u00ed \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tohle fungovan\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee fungovat roky, \u010dlov\u011bk je v\u00fdkonn\u00fd, funguje, zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 a p\u0159e\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 se slovy potom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve chv\u00edli, kdy stres trochu polev\u00ed, mozek dostane sign\u00e1l, \u017ee ohro\u017een\u00ed pominulo. Aktivuje se parasympatikus \u2013 re\u017eim klidu, obnovy a hojen\u00ed a v&nbsp;tu chv\u00edli t\u011b \u010dasto zasko\u010d\u00ed realita, proto\u017ee to v\u0161e subjektivn\u011b vypad\u00e1 h\u016f\u0159.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00danava, kter\u00e1 byla roky potla\u010den\u00e1, se kone\u010dn\u011b projev\u00ed, imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m se \u201erozjede\u201c &#8211; nemoci, z\u00e1n\u011bty, bolesti. Nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m se rozla\u010fuje a ne\u017e se znovu stabilizuje, mozek sni\u017euje hladinu stresov\u00fdch hormon\u016f, a tak c\u00edt\u00ed\u0161 pocit pr\u00e1zdna, zpomalen\u00ed, n\u011bkdy i smutek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017dijeme v\u00a0prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je pro mozek extr\u00e9mn\u011b stimuluj\u00edc\u00ed, m\u00e1me t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 permanentn\u00ed dostupnost v\u0161eho, v\u0161ude nastaven\u00e9 notifikace, jsme informa\u010dn\u011b zahlcen\u00ed tak, \u017ee u\u017e neum\u00edme zhodnotit ani to, \u017ee n\u00e1s bol\u00ed b\u0159icho, proto\u017ee zara\u017een\u00e9 prd\u00edky a hled\u00e1me v\u00a0tom hlub\u0161\u00ed smysl.  Srovn\u00e1v\u00e1me se na s\u00edt\u00edch a ten tlak na v\u00fdkon a seberealizaci je obrovsk\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mozek toto prost\u0159ed\u00ed nevyhodnocuje jako boj o p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed, ale jako neust\u00e1lou aktivaci, dlouhodob\u00e9 m\u00edrn\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed bez mo\u017enosti vypnout. Ale nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m nen\u00ed stav\u011bn\u00fd na to, aby byl roky lehce aktivovan\u00fd bez skute\u010dn\u00e9 regenerace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto t\u011blo \u010dasto za\u010dne samo \u0159\u00edkat o zpomalen\u00ed. \u010casto sl\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1m od star\u0161\u00edch generac\u00ed, \u017ee j\u00e1 to tak m\u011bla a taky jsem to musela vydr\u017eet, na co si po\u0159\u00e1d st\u011b\u017euje\u0161, to za n\u00e1s\u2026. a to t\u011b \u010dasto demotivuje a st\u00e1hne zp\u011bt. Na\u0161i prarodi\u010de \u0159e\u0161ili fyzick\u00e9 p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed, rodi\u010de stabilitu a zabezpe\u010den\u00ed. My u\u017e \u017eijeme v&nbsp;luxusu a p\u0159ebytku, kter\u00fd generace p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi nem\u011bli, proto m\u00e1me prostor v\u0161imnout si p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a za\u010d\u00edt d\u011blat n\u011bco jinak. \u017divot \u017e\u00edt a pro\u017e\u00edt, ne p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to jako s&nbsp;\u00faklidem sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b, dokud jsou dve\u0159e zav\u0159en\u00e9 vypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee je uklizeno. Ale ve chv\u00edli, kdy se opravdu rozhodne\u0161 j\u00ed vy\u010distit a v\u0161echno vyh\u00e1z\u00ed\u0161 ven nastane ten nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed bordel. V&nbsp;tu chv\u00edli m\u00e1\u0161 chu\u0165 v\u0161echno nah\u00e1zet zp\u00e1tky a vyka\u0161lat se na to. Ale ten bordel na zemi nen\u00ed d\u016fkaz tv\u00e9ho selh\u00e1n\u00ed, je to d\u016fkaz, \u017ee se kone\u010dn\u011b n\u011bco d\u011bje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011blo kone\u010dn\u011b dostalo bezpe\u010dn\u00fd prostor k\u00a0tomu, aby se sebe za\u010dalo vyplavovat v\u0161echno to, co jsi do n\u011bj m\u011bs\u00edce nebo roky p\u011bchoval\/a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta nemoc, ta \u00fanava, ty emoce\u2026to nen\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed. To je ta f\u00e1ze, kdy je v\u0161echno vyh\u00e1zen\u00e9 na zemi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sk\u0159\u00ed\u0148 tak\u00e9 nenah\u00e1z\u00ed\u0161 zp\u00e1tky, jen proto aby to u\u017e bylo. (i kdy\u017e n\u011bkdy i to je proces, kter\u00fd je v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku a nen\u00ed to selhan\u00ed). P\u0159edstav si, \u017ee si v\u00a0tom nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm bordelu a co ud\u011bl\u00e1\u0161? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posa\u010f si v\u00a0tom bordelu, dovol si b\u00fdt nepou\u017eiteln\u00e1\/\u00fd, koukni na to a napl\u00e1nuj co u\u017e v\u00a0t\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00edni nepot\u0159ebuje\u0161, co vyhod\u00ed\u0161, po\u0161le\u0161 d\u00e1l a naopak co ti tam chyb\u00ed. Za tento bordel jsi zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1\/\u00fd jenom ty a nikdo t\u011b za to nem\u016f\u017ee hodnotit ani na tebe tla\u010dit, abys to v\u0161echno urychlil\/a. Jakmile toto v\u0161echno v\u00ed\u0161 pomalu a postupn\u011b v\u0161e do t\u00e9 sk\u0159\u00edn\u011b zp\u00e1tky vracej. Proto\u017ee jen p\u0159es tenhle chaos vede cesta ke skute\u010dn\u00e9mu pr\u00e1zdnu a klidu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho z&nbsp;n\u00e1s bylo vychov\u00e1v\u00e1no, \u017ee hodnota = v\u00fdkon. Proto t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ichni jedeme v&nbsp;mu\u017esk\u00e9m principu a ani n\u00e1s nenapadne o kolik by v\u0161e bylo jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed a o kolik by byl n\u00e1\u0161 osobn\u00ed i pracovn\u00ed \u017eivot kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kdybychom si hlavn\u011b mi \u017eeny dovolily b\u00fdt cyklick\u00e9 a tuto dynamiku vyu\u017eily ve sv\u00fdch \u017eivotech a businessech.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoho z\u00a0n\u00e1\u0161 bylo vychov\u00e1v\u00e1no, \u017ee odpo\u010dinek = lenost. Nebo zpomalen\u00ed = selh\u00e1n\u00ed. Proto je pro n\u00e1s tak t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Na terapi\u00edch posledn\u00ed dobou \u010dasto sl\u00fdch\u00e1m, \u017ee&#8230;.U\u010d\u00edm se odpo\u010d\u00edvat a trp\u00edm. N\u011bjak to zvl\u00e1d\u00e1m. M\u00e1m to v\u00a0kalend\u00e1\u0159i. Mus\u00edm to vydr\u017eet a ono to p\u0159epne. Vid\u00ed\u0161 se v\u00a0tom? J\u00e1 tam d\u0159\u00edv rozhodn\u011b byla. Na seri\u00e1l nebo film jsem koukala jen p\u0159i \u017eehlen\u00ed, podcast jsem poslouchala po cest\u011b v\u00a0aut\u011b nebo MHD.\u00a0 Ano jsem py\u0161n\u00e1, \u017ee nar\u00e1z zvl\u00e1dnu vyprat, zapnout my\u010dku, uva\u0159it, p\u0159evleknout postel a ne\u017e se to cel\u00e9 dod\u011bl\u00e1 tak je\u0161t\u011b vyt\u0159\u00edt byt, je fajn um\u011bt si rozlo\u017eit \u010das, ale taky je fajn pak v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee si pak prost\u011b lehnu a zkouknu dal\u0161\u00ed d\u00edl seri\u00e1lu z\u00a0postele a nebudu u toho d\u011blat v\u016f\u016f\u016f\u016f\u016fbec nic. Proto\u017ee p\u0159esn\u011b tam j\u00e1 \u010derp\u00e1m energii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A posledn\u00edch p\u00e1r slov na konec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00danor je z biologick\u00e9ho hlediska jeden z nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f roku. Dny jsou sice del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v prosinci, ale t\u011blo je st\u00e1le v zimn\u00edm re\u017eimu. Produkce melatoninu (hormon sp\u00e1nku) je po\u0159\u00e1d vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, a proto m\u00e1me st\u00e1le v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu sp\u00e1t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serotonin (hormon n\u00e1lady a energie) je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed stabiln\u011b naho\u0159e, proto jsme st\u00e1le zpomalen\u00ed a c\u00edt\u00edme \u00fanavu. T\u011blo je po\u0159\u00e1d nastaven\u00e9 na \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed energi\u00ed. V \u00fanoru b\u00fdv\u00e1 organismus na dn\u011b z\u00e1sob.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zima je metabolicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 m\u00e1me m\u00e9n\u011b \u010derstv\u00fdch potravin, m\u00e9n\u011b pohybu venku, m\u00e9n\u011b slune\u010dn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed (vitam\u00edn D), v\u00edc infekc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Venku to je\u0161t\u011b nevypad\u00e1 na jaro. Ale pod zem\u00ed u\u017e prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edprava. Rostliny zat\u00edm nerostou nad zem\u00ed, ale ko\u0159eny u\u017e pracuj\u00ed. A t\u011blo \u010dlov\u011bka funguje velmi podobn\u011b. \u00danor nen\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc v\u00fdkonu. Je to m\u011bs\u00edc vnit\u0159n\u00edho p\u0159elad\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee nov\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1tky nevznikaj\u00ed z v\u00fdkonu, ale ze zklidn\u011bn\u00ed.
